Ask about discounts for military, law enforcement, and firemen/first responders!

You must be 25 years old to rent and pull camper.
2 night minimum, 3 Night Minimum on a holiday weekend.
If renting a camper longer than 7 nights, ask about our special rate!
Security deposit. ($500.00) This must be paid with cash or credit card (PAYPAL)
The security deposit is paid with rental. Deposit will be returned 3-5 days AFTER the camper has been inspected.
Cash or credit card only (PAYPAL), NO CHECKS.
Checks are ONLY accepted for reservations only if it has been pre-approved.
Half of the total is due at time of booking to hold your reservation.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to your pickup.
If booking is less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required.
Deposit will be returned 3-5 days after final inspection.
Any problems or issues must be reported to B&C rentals.
Reasons part of security deposit may be kept:
- $75.00 fee if sewer/water tanks are not emptied.
- $75.00 Cleaning fee if Camper is returned dirty. (Example: if there is trash left in the camper, floors are dirty , dirty dishes, etc.)
- Smoking inside camper will result in $500.00 cleaning fee to camper.

If you cancel before final payment is made, there is a $50.00 charge.
14-8 days prior, you get 75% of your money refunded.
7 days prior or less, you get 50% of you money refunded.
If you re-book or reschedule at the time you cancel, we will apply all money paid towards new booking, less a $50 cancellation fee.

Delivery of rental camper to a camping location is available; one week notice required. (extra fees apply; see delivery fee tab for details)
Vehicle pulling camper must have the correct receiver class & hitch with correct wiring harness.
Upon inspection if you do not have the correct hitch and wiring plug, you will not take the camper!
Special equipment required to tow will not be supplied.
Must provide proof of full coverage insurance. Coverage of insurance must be pre-approved allow 48 hours for approval.
MBA insurance form must be filled out by your insurance company and returned to us before the pick-up date.
Additional insurance coverage can be purchased through MBA insurance.

All drivers/person(s) named on rental agreement must be present at time of pickup & day of returning camper.
*** NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.***
Roof storage, and sitting or standing on top of a rental unit is NOT ALLOWED at any time. Evidence of this will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
Any malfunctions of stove, fridge, AC, TV, DVD player, fans, small appliances, water pump, and water heater must be reported.
Awnings are very susceptible to wind and must be put down at night and during the day if it is windy.
NO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE US.
Credit cards must be provided in the name of the primary driver(s)/renter(s).
Renter must not alter the wiring or permanent structure on the camper.
We reserve the right to deny service if for any reason management feels renter may be a credit or security risk, or for any other reason
